Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited interim consolidated financial statements are those of Isoray, Inc., and its wholly-owned subsidiaries referred to herein as “Isoray” or the “Company”. All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in the consolidation. In the opinion of management, all adjustments necessary for the fair presentation of the consolidated financial statements have been included. These unaudited interim consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with our audited consolidated financial statements and related footnotes as set forth in the Company’s annual report filed on Form 10 June 30, 2018. The unaudited consolidated financial statements have been prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
