AT&T Inc.’s Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019, at Moody Performance Hall, 2520 Flora Street, Dallas, TX 75201, at 9:00 a.m. local time. Holders of AT&T Inc. common stock of record at the close of business on February 27, 2019, are entitled to vote at the meeting and any adjournment of the meeting.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
