Item 8.01 Other Events.
Intrusion Inc. filed an 8-K on September 10, 2020 relating to a press release it issued on September 9, 2020, announcing that it has begun beta testing of INTRUSION Shield,™ the company’s first in a family of new cybersecurity and intrusion protection solutions.
On September 9, 2020, Intrusion issued a corrected press release to clarify that the reference to “over a dozen companies” should relate to the pool of beta testers and not the number of alpha testers of the new INTRUSION Shield™ product.
A copy of the corrected press release, as filed, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
