CELSION CORPORATION ANNOUNCES $15 MILLION REGISTERED DIRECT OFFERING
LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ / March 31, 2021 / Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ: CLSN) (“Celsion” or the “Company”), today announced it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 11,538,462 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $1.30 per share in a registered direct offering, for gross proceeds of $15 million before deducting placement agent fees and expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about April 5, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.
JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC and Brookline Capital Markets, a division of Arcadia Securities, LLC, are acting as co-placement agents for the offering.
