Item 7.01 Regulation FD


U.S. Global Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on March 3, 2020 that U.S. Global Investors (Canada) Ltd., the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, has completed the sale effective March 2, 2020, of 650,000 Class A Common shares to Galileo Global Equity Advisors, Inc. (“Galileo”) for cancellation at a purchase price of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) CAD under the terms and conditions of a binding letter of intent entered on December 30, 2019.
