On October 1, 2020, Cedar Fair, L.P. (“Cedar Fair”) issued a news release announcing the pricing of a previously announced private offering (the “Offering”) of $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2028 (the “Notes”) by Cedar Fair and its wholly owned subsidiaries Magnum Management Corporation, Canada’s Wonderland Company and Millennium Operations LLC. Cedar Fair intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to pay fees and expenses related to the Offering and for general corporate and working capital purposes. The news release related to this announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
