Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

As previously announced on March 9, 2021, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“Company”) conducted an investor conference call and webcast on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, to discuss the Company’s Smart Mirror product launch, status of Company in its efforts to transition to a new core product line and related corporate strategic planning needs and issues. A copy of the transcript for the conference call/web cast is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
