On August 26, 2020, II-VI Incorporated (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $2.80 per share of 6.00% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, payable in cash on October 1, 2020 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
