Annual Letter to Stockholders
In connection with the distribution of proxy materials for its upcoming 2020 annual meeting of stockholders, Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., or the Company, included a letter to stockholders from its Chief Executive Officer in its 2019 Annual Report, which was first made available to stockholders on or about April 29, 2020. Clinical Update re: EA-114
On May 4, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing an update regarding the pilot clinical study of its fulvestrant product candidate, EA-114.
