Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 26, 2020, First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. In the same press release noted in Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared, on October 26, 2020, a dividend of $0.38 per share, that is payable November 16, 2020 to shareholders of record of the Company as of November 6, 2020.
