Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Departure of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller:
On June 29, 2022, Brian T. Vaclavik, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, notified the Board of his intent to resign his employment and to seek other employment effective July 22, 2022. Mr. Vaclavik will be working with the Company on a transition plan prior to his departure. At this time Jennifer N. Robinson, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume the title of Chief Accounting Officer.
