The Company previously disclosed that its Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Kathleen McEndy, was expected to retire by December 31, 2019. The Company and Ms. McEndy have mutually agreed to extend her retirement through January 31, 2020 (the “Release Date”). An extension of Ms. McEndy’s retirement date until January 31, 2020 is necessary to allow for business continuity and a smooth transition of her duties and responsibilities to other roles within the Company. Ms. McEndy will continue to receive her salary and benefits through the Release Date. In addition, any payments due under the Company’s Early Retirement Incentive Program will only be become payable if Ms. McEndy continues to provide services through the Release Date of January 31, 2020.
