On October 13, 2020, Scott Mason, Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain and Vice President and General Manager, Industrial Products, officially informed Balchem Corporation (the “Company”) of his intent to retire on December 31, 2020. A search process, including internal and external candidates, has been initiated to identify his successor. It is anticipated that Mr. Mason will enter into a consulting or similar arrangement with the Company, effective upon his retirement, to assist the Company in the transition of his duties to his successor as needed.
